What Spindle shows you about each key, pull by pull.

Judgment over counts

Other tools count what happened. Spindle checks it against what was possible. A red flag means something went wrong and the player could have stopped it.

A key's summary on Spindle's home page: two must-kicks missed, defensives fine, no deaths, and a Worth a look list explaining each finding.
Each finding says what happened, and why it counts: here, the interrupt was ready.

What it checks

Your view and the group’s

Between pulls, you see your own view. A key leader sees the whole party on one board. One player logging captures all five, and groupmates signed in to Spindle can open that player’s session when it’s shared with them.

The live view's Me tab after 24 pulls: 2 of 9 must-kick chances taken, cooldowns not judged, no deaths, and two avoidable hits.
Your own view, updated as each pull ends.
The group board: each of the five players' missed must-kicks, defensives, held cooldowns, and deaths, then the last pull's missed kicks by player and spell.

The log explorer

Every key is stored. Step through its pulls on a map of the whole run, filter the events, and open any finding to see what was behind it: for a death, the last seconds of damage and healing, and which defensives were ready.

The log explorer on a boss pull: a map of the key's 33 pulls, a waterfall of the boss's health, buffs, and damage, and a death recap with two defensives ready and unused.
A death on pull 20, with the defensives that were still ready.

Or switch to Tables: damage done and taken, healing, casts, interrupts, deaths, buffs, and debuffs, grouped by player and ability, for one pull, the whole key, or several of your keys together, with a graph over time. Each player’s row shows their major cooldowns used out of the uses they had time for, and you can compare two players side by side.

The Tables view for a boss pull: damage done over time by player, then each player's amount, share, DPS, and major cooldowns used, such as Metamorphosis 11 of 12 and Avatar 0 of 29.
Damage done on the last boss, with each player's major cooldowns used out of their chances.

Key score

A private score for each key, from 0 to 100, measured only against your own earlier keys. It shows your trend, what cost you the most points across your last few keys, and what to try next. Only you see it.

The Key score tab: 81 of 100 on the latest key, 17 above the player's average, on a rising trend.
Your score, key by key, against your own average.

Your characters

Item level over time, each gear slot as last seen, and enchant and gem changes, all from your logs. With the optional Spindle addon, your bags, banks, Great Vault, and currencies too, visible only to you. Your home page lists recent raid nights: the bosses you killed and your best pull on the one you’re working on.
